Returns & Rejections

Zapnix operates on a Zero Upfront Payment basis. This policy ensures your financial safety and clarifies how we handle item rejections.
1. Order Review & Confirmation
All orders are manually reviewed. Once confirmed, we purchase the item on your behalf without requiring a deposit.
2. Inspection at Delivery
- You may inspect the product's external condition at the time of delivery.
- Payment is required only if you accept the delivery.
3. Rejection Policy
You may reject the delivery and refuse payment ONLY if:
- The product received is significantly different from the confirmed order.
- The product is visibly damaged upon delivery.
4. Returns After Payment
Once you have paid and accepted the delivery, returns are subject to the original seller's (e.g., AliExpress) policy. Zapnix will assist in the process but cannot guarantee a refund after payment.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Since no upfront payment is taken, refunds are not applicable. However, refusing a valid order without cause may result in your account being restricted.
6. Limitation of Responsibility
Zapnix acts as an ordering assistance service and is not responsible for return policies of third-party sellers unless explicitly stated.
