Welcome to Zapnix. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting an order request.
1. Nature of Service
Zapnix is an online ordering assistance service. We help customers in Sri Lanka purchase products from international e-commerce websites by placing orders on their behalf based on customer requests. Zapnix is not the manufacturer or original seller of the products listed on third-party websites.
2. Order Requests & Approval
- Customers must submit accurate product links and order details.
- All orders are manually reviewed by Zapnix.
- Zapnix reserves the right to approve or reject any order request at its discretion.
3. Pricing & Payments
100% Cash on Delivery: All orders are processed under a "Pay After Delivery" agreement. You are not required to pay any upfront deposit.
Payment Collection: The full total (Product Cost + Service Fee + Shipping) is payable at the doorstep upon delivery.
Currency: All payments are settled in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Zapnix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party sellers, shipping providers, or customs clearance.
5. Rejection, Returns & Refunds
Customers may reject the product at delivery only if it is significantly different from the approved order or visibly damaged. Zapnix is not responsible for return policies of third-party sellers unless explicitly agreed.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information, ensure availability at delivery, and complete payment as agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zapnix is not liable for product quality issues originating from third-party sellers, delays beyond our control, or indirect losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
